Welcome to the Registry of Best Solution Polytechnic, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. The Registry is the department concerned with the day-to-day administration of the Polytechnic. It derives its functions and responsibilities from the Polytechnic Bye-Law. The Registry is headed by the Registrar, who is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Polytechnic.

The Registrar, as the Head of the Polytechnic Administration, operates under the supervision of the Rector and provides services to enable the Polytechnic to perform its tripartite function of teaching, research, and community service. This is achieved by guiding and facilitating the work of the various committees constituted for the proper running of the Polytechnic.

In his capacity as Secretary to the statutory bodies — the Governing Council, Congregation, and Convocation — the Registrar facilitates the work of the organs of governance and their committees. Every activity of the Polytechnic, whether academic, administrative, financial, or physical development, is subsumed under one or another of these organs of governance. The Registry is therefore the most vital department in the management and administration of the Polytechnic.

The Office of the Registrar also provides customer services regarding admission and enrolment, conducts registration, and certifies graduation requirements through its various units. The Registry builds secured student data and sets Polytechnic policies and procedures for their responsible use.
